    I think there should be a universal list of testing decks. perhaps ten or so testing decks that all testers have to use. This will mean that people can't tech against any specific deck, and yet there will be equal decks to test with.

    im against that, if only because tester should know the guidline for their decks to apply to in hte beginning. Second we need testers who arent predictable to an extent

    that doesn't make sense. the way they use the decks still change. also all the testing decks are of different strength right now.
