a suggestion=
I think there should be a universal list of testing decks. perhaps ten or so testing decks that all testers have to use. This will mean that people can't tech against any specific deck, and yet there will be equal decks to test with.

in hope of this being accepted, I've created eight testing decks, which I can provide screenshots of if wanted. please respond, admins. get this place active again.
